Tim is a transit planner with experience from multiple transit agencies in developing and implementing solutions that focus on matching innovative service delivery with underlying transit supportive land use. He has supported and led transit and land use plans focused on leveraging significant investments being made in High-Capacity Transit projects. His philosophy is that the conversation around transit can't happen without talking about underlying land use markets that support and drive transit. They can build the best transit network in the world but it won't have as significant of an impact if the same innovative and thoughtful process doesn't go into developing equitable and transit supportive land use. His background as a service planner provides him with a unique perspective that helps bridge the gap between planning, development, and implementation.
