Tom Weber is the CEO of Removery and serves on its board of directors.

Tom was part of the founding team who formed Removery in 2019 through a combination of four of the leading tattoo removal brands in North America which at the time consisted of about 30 locations. Today, with 140+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia. Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of tattoo removal services in the world who have performed 800,000+ treatments. The foundation is in place to build a network of 350+ locations over the next 5 years.

Tom also sits on the board of directors of HEAL Partners, 123Dentist, and the Honey Harbour Boat Club.

Prior to joining Removery, Tom was in COO and CFO roles at dentalcorp, Canada’s largest dental services organization. During his five-year tenure at dentalcorp, Tom lead all financial and operating responsibilities and was part of an executive team who grew the business by 300 locations.

Previous to dentalcorp, Tom was the CFO of CML Healthcare, which operated a network of medical diagnostic services clinics across Canada and the US. The business doubled its revenues during Tom’s 8-year tenure.

Tom holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tom has been happily married for 33 years and has 3 children all in their 20’s. He enjoys travel and the outdoors.
