I have a very simple framework which is that the way you scale a business is through your team. You want a high-functioning, empathetic organization, who always wants to go bigger. You have to make sure everyone is driving toward the common goal and make sure there are no heroes. Everyone is important at every stage of the development of the product, to the selling of the product and to the servicing of the product.
