Experts tell PYMNTS that the demand for high-quality data essential for AI tools like ChatGPT may outpace supply, risking AI advancement.
AI technology is increasingly being integrated directly into devices. Experts highlight the advantages this could have for mobile commerce.
User experience is on the decline for a lot of reasons. Some related to technology, some related to the marketplace, and some are self-inflicted.
Based on my experience with projects that are currently underway in various industries, I would say that AI does not represent a new strategy as much as it represents a more powerful way of executing on existing strategies.
However, AI is not magic. It is software written by humans that has the same problems that any piece of software has. There will be bugs and problems. For example, there is the notion of AI Hallucinations. Just like when human look at a rock and think it looks like country on the map or look at a cloud and see what looks like an animal, AI processes based on finding pattern can find patterns in completely random data.
