Tracy Allie is HR Senior Manager at Allstate Insurance Company, a Fortune 100 company that encompasses more than 70,000 professionals. In her nearly 20 years with Allstate, Tracy has held several roles spanning product pricing, customer data analytics, competitive intelligence, and implementation, strategy and execution. She moved into HR in 2015 to take over management of Allstate’s Good Life Wellbeing program, with a focus on physical, emotional, work/life, and financial wellbeing. She currently has ownership of the development and execution of Allstate’s wellbeing strategy as well as oversight of day-to-day operations of wellbeing programming and facilitation of Energy for Life, course content to enhance human performance.
