Tray's core competencies are in product development, systems integration, startup management, and data analysis. He is passionate about pioneering development of new ideas and concepts to existing industry solutions.

Larry is currently implementing creative broadband solutions for the multi-family industry, and non-traditional video products that renters value, helping owners improve their bottom line. As a tech professional, He has over 30 years of customer-facing telecom and video and media experience leading innovation and strengthening operations. Larry leads the Quext Connect service team providing scalable, high-capacity Wi-Fi for multi-family residential communities.

Shawn is always looking to leverage existing technologies in unique and beneficial ways, as well as ensuring they always remain both cutting-edge and bleeding-edge. Internally, he enjoys facilitating and maintaining a trendsetting culture for Quext. Shawn specializes in system implementation, data analysis, project management, business operations, and change control. He is always interested in new technology and advising on efficiency issues.
