Victoria Sivrais is the former co-founder of Clermont Partners and former managing director and deputy lead of the Capital Markets practice of FTI Consulting’s Strategic Communications segment. She has extensive experience in best-practice financial communications and investor relations programs, ESG strategy and communications, mergers and acquisitions, crisis preparedness and issues management, and transformational corporate communication strategies. Victoria, working with partner, Beth Saunders, built Clermont Partners into the leading integrated ESG and Financial Communications advisory firm before its acquisition by Riveron in June 2022.

Victoria is also the Chairman of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Board of Directors, a former leader of its Chicago chapter, and a member of the group’s Senior Roundtable. She previously served as the former Chair of NIRI’s 2018 Annual Conference. She has been published and quoted on the topics of shareholder activism, investor engagement, crisis communications, passive investing, ESG investing, and various strategy articles communicating transformations and transactions in the industrial sector. She was also named to PRWeek’s “40 Under 40” list in 2018 for her leadership in the crises and M&A communications field.

When she is not managing a growing ESG and Strategic Communications practice with her co-lead, Beth Saunders, she is wrangling her five kids, running the neighborhood swim team, and spending time in Northern Michigan.
