I am currently a software engineer at Amazon, where I specialize in developing scalable solutions to enhance waste management compliance and ensure the safety of our associates. My work involves creating innovative systems that streamline processes, adhere to regulatory standards, and contribute to Amazon's sustainability initiatives.
Before my tenure at Amazon, I worked at the Arkansas Department of Education, where I developed a range of tools and applications to support teachers, educators, and policymakers. This experience allowed me to leverage my technical expertise to create impactful educational technology solutions, honing my abilities in software development, data analysis, and user-centric design.
Also, I am pursuing my second master's degree in Engineering Management from MIT. This advanced degree has further developed my leadership and project management skills, enhancing my ability to lead complex engineering projects and drive innovation.
