William Gaunitz, FWTS, has been a mainstay in the trichology field for over 20 years. Inspired to learn about the science of hair loss after trying every product on the market and visiting with leading doctors, to discover why at 17 he lost his hair, and why it wouldn’t grow back, his curiosity eventually turned into a formal education in trichology where he trained in London at the International Association of Trichology, studied diagnostics in France, and discovered hair loss treatments in Australia.

Since 2002, Gaunitz has successfully built consultation practices, launched consumer products, coordinated global conferences, and was invited to be a fellow at the World Trichology Society.

In 2022, for the first time since its inception, the American Hair Loss Association approved Advanced Trichology as the first and only Trusted Brand for its nutraceuticals and non-minoxidil topical formulas!
