William Glazier
Currently directing the CQ Prime Threat Research team at Cequence Security. We protect some of the worlds largest brands from sophisticated bot attacks and threats against public facing APIs.
I have a background in fraud and abuse prevention, as well as building threat intelligence systems. My passion is helping protect consumers and enterprises from problems like account takeover, fake account creation, shopping bots and content scraping. I extensively study the shared attacker infrastructure and network fingerprints of tools used by adversaries to carry out these attacks, particularly around the increasingly commoditized industry of residential proxy networks. I have presented research at security conferences such as BotConf, Hack.lu and GreHack.
