William Lam is the Founder & Facilitator of UPGRD®, which provides specialized trainings to accomplish: automated stress reduction, performance optimization, thought patterns modification, pre-programmed emotional responses, and micro behaviors programming. Our internal programs govern our beliefs, values, and identity. UPGRD helps you properly and carefully optimize them to change behavior, communication, and result.

With this approach to upgrading your mind and its performance, you can tap into your unknown potential and take full advantage of your true capabilities. You will learn about the HumanOS™ which is a proprietary abstraction system that we constructed to visually organize the data and functionalities of the human mind. This allows you to use your mind more efficiently and tap into unknown potentials.
We have different levels of training, depending on your learning style. You can learn to Do-it-Yourself, or via group training, or choose to have an UPGRD certified expert as your guide – or combine them all.

One of the platforms that UPGRD offers is a course called SalesGod. It is an immersive sales training program that corporate leaders, sales professionals and others who need confident, persuasive skills are raving about. Unlike the automated or robotic nature of AI-based sales, SalesGod is a program that teaches people how to persuade and sell to someone’s unconscious mind. It multiplies existing skill sets and training, and is highly beneficial for people running political campaigns, corporate sales teams, and startups, as well as for spiritual leaders.
