Xinchang Wang is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management in the Department of Finance and Management Science at the Carson College of Business, Washington State University. Prior to joining WSU, Xinchang worked as an Assistant Professor in the College of Business, Mississippi State University from 2015 to 2019. Xinchang received his Ph.D. in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2015 and another Ph.D. from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore in 2011 with a specialization in Transportation and Logistics. His primary research interest broadly falls within the area of pricing and revenue management with applications to queueing service systems, logistics, and supply chain management.
