As a SaaS Consultant at Glencoco, I play a pivotal role in driving client success through expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of software solutions. I developed customized solutions based on client needs, led software deployment projects, and identified opportunities for clients to enhance their operations through additional features or modules.

During my time as a Project Managing Scrum Master at PepsiCo, I supervised automation efforts, identified trends and patterns for improvement, and managed defects for PepsiCo Beverage North American (PBNA).
