Dr. Yasmeen J. Coning

With 25 years of experience, Dr. Coning leverages data-driven strategy coupled with her advanced degrees in organizational development and business, to help clients achieve and sustain growth. 

Her entrepreneurial style and deep subject expertise have advanced the interests of companies such as: Verizon, Microsoft, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Novartis, Bristol Meyers Squibb, JP Morgan, HP, IBM and much more. With a deep interest in the science of human behavior, reinforced with business acumen, Yasmeen has advised business across industries on transformation, marketing, culture and change on a global scale.

Yasmeen holds a B.S. from Boston Univ., an MBA from Pepperdine Univ., and an M.S. from Columbia Univ., where she now teaches strategy and business at the graduate level. She returned to her alma mater, Pepperdine, to complete her Doctorate in Business. She is passionate about directly applying her research to further helping leaders and teams reach monumental success.
