Dr. Young-Jae Kim holds a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology, and is the co-founder and CTO of Anthill, a two-way text message solution to support the deskless - those who don't work at a desk or computer. He has worked in the HR industry for more than 9 years as a consultant, analyst, researcher, and partner with companies located throughout the U.S. and South Korea. The majority of Dr. Kim’s work has focused on leadership development, selection, promotion, assessment, and building effective network performance by utilizing behavioral and psychometric assessments and advanced technologies such as Natural Language Processing and AI-driven skills development.
