Dr. Ziad Khatib is a Board-Certified specialist in Pediatric Hematology Oncology at KIDZ Medical Services in South Florida. He received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. After completing his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, he did a fellowship in hematology oncology at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Khatib is an active researcher. His focus is on new approaches in the treatment of brain tumors in children.
Throughout his career, Dr. Khatib has participated in various organizations in the Hematology Oncology field, including the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Pediatric Hematology Oncology, and the Society for Neuro-Oncology.
