Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer, who has a passion and a skill for writing. You will be responsible for creating engaging and accurate content for all the products in our product suite. You’ll capture inputs from key stakeholders from Engineering, Product and QA to create new documentation and iterate on existing documentation based on user feedback. You’ll write content for technical and non-technical personas, all delivered via our developer portal (developer.mx51.io), examples of our documentation include integration tutorials, user guides and API specifications. As our first Technical Writer at mx51 and depending on your unique skill-set, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape the role and transform documentation into a product. This is a fixed term role, with potential to move into a permanent role. We are flexible in terms of where you're based in Australia/New Zealand and how you undertake this role, however, there's a requirement for an overlap with our teams for 2-3 hours a day.
