Job Introduction

We are looking for a we are looking for a senior Social Content Editor with 10+ years' of experience to join our growing team, producing best in class content for You Magazine’s social Platforms. With a love for fashion and beauty, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing and starring in content that our audience will love.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the content team to develop exciting and innovative ideas for all You’s social platforms, informed by current trends and data
Working closely with commercial team to respond to and fulfil commercial briefs, ensuring commercial success
Produce, star in and host editorial and commercial content across our platforms
Managing relationship between content team and production hub – collaborating on video production, briefing and edits
Shoot styling
Using analytics to inform future content decisions and update relevant stakeholders on performance
Brand ambassador at press and influencer events
Working to overall business KPIs and objectives
Ensure all activity remains within agreed budgets
Day to day management of content creators and external contributing creators

Person Specification

Proven experience in creating highly creative and entertaining content for TikTok and Instagram
Love fashion and beauty, with a good knowledge of the industry and a contact book of PRs, influencers and brands
A confident presenter and presence on camera
Proven experience styling shoots
A confident delegator and proven experience in managing a team
Be creative and have big ideas
