I started building fire pits when I was 13 with my 2 older brothers and over the next 10+ years I slowly took over the business operations, learning what it means to work hard and put the customer first. From working out of a garage every summer, to renting a corner of a nearby shop, and now with our own industrial unit in Guelph, Iron Embers has been like business bootcamp for me. I've learned to fail as quickly and often as we can afford to - recovering and learning from failure is where growth happens.
