The first time I tried salmon was at Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar in Kendall. I remember the melt-in-your-mouth experience as if it were yesterday. How could I forget the brown sugar-crusted, wild Alaskan salmon fillet accompanied by sweet chili ailoli potatoes in a romantic, dimly lit dining room?!
