Currently, I manage product PR activities for global enterpise-level technology solution provider OpenText (formerly Micro Focus). I work closely with the company's analyst relations team and product marketing groups, as well as manage in-house personnel and the contracted PR firms. My accomplishments include instituting and maintaining the content calendar and inbound media request tracking systems and a 60-percent increase in media coverage in FY22. The product areas of responsibility include ITOps, DevOps, COBOL/mainframe modernization, cybersecurity, information management and governance, databases, and AI and analytics, which includes many SaaS offerings.
