I’m Dr. Yaliu He, a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families. I am an owner of a therapy private practice Relate Reflect Therapy. Besides, I am an Associate Professor in the Marriage and Family Therapy Department at Iona University. Before this, I completed an advanced clinical postdoctoral fellowship in couples and family therapy at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. I hold a Ph.D. in Family Science from the University of Minnesota. I have been conducting empirical research on parenting interventions, couple therapy and child mental health for over a decade.
