Charlotte Krol is the Future of Culture Reporter at Digital Frontier and is also a Freelance Journalist.

She's a fully trained (BJTC, NCTJ) multimedia journalist based in London. Her specialism is music although she tells stories across culture and current affairs.

Charlotte began her professional journalism career more than 11 years ago, working as a newspaper reporter and contributing columnist at The Oxford Mail/The Oxford Times. In 2018 she left her full time job as Video News Producer at The Telegraph after four years to pursue freelancing. Over the course of her employment at The Telegraph she worked as New Music Editor at the leading UK independent music website The Line of Best Fit before being promoted to Senior Editor (handling longread interviews and other features).

Her freelance clients, in addition to her full time work at Digital Frontier, include NME, DJ Mag, The Telegraph and The Evening Standard.
