Gina Zammit is an award-winning writer, editor, and social media content creator with more than a decade of experience.

She is currently the editor of Norwalk's Hamlet Hub and her writing can be seen in a wide variety of publications and websites including Refinery29, AAA Traveler Magazine, AAA Home & Away, The Huffington Post, Rails to Trails, Quartz at Work, Pizza Today, Roads & Kingdoms, Hamlet Hub, Darling Magazine, Shape Magazine, Time Out, and more.

One of Ms. Zammit’s pieces was awarded gold in the 2017 Society of American Travel Writers Foundation Lowell Thomas Travel Journalism Competition and was featured on The New York Times' "Great Stories Around the Web" list. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, a two-time Connecticut Press Club Award recipient, and an alumna of the Yale Writers Workshop and Colgate Writers Conference. She resides along the Connecticut shoreline, but can usually be found exploring a new destination across the globe.
