Shoshana Pritzker

Shoshana is a registered dietitian nutritionist, the author of Carb Cycling for Weight Loss, and the owner of Nutrition by Shoshana, a private practice and consulting business dedicated to helping clients rebuild and repair their relationship with food while freeing themselves of food rules and restrictions.

Before becoming a dietitian and beginning her practice, Shoshana worked within the supplement industry at Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as their in-house writer and product specialist. She then went on to become the online editor-in-chief of FitnessRx for Women, a women's fitness magazine. With over 15 years in the health, nutrition, and fitness fields, Shoshana has worked with: Nature’s Bounty Company, Joy Bauer “The Today Show Dietitian,” Jenny Craig, and others. Her highly sought-after nutritious meal plans are featured in virtually every issue of Oxygen Magazine since 2012 and online.
