Ana has been a registered dietitian since 2007. She became a dietitian because of her love of food and healthy eating.
After holding many different positions in dietetics, from clinical to teaching at a university, Ana became an entrepreneur in 2017 founding RWS: Content + Strategy, a content marketing agency made up entirely of registered dietitians.
In her free time, you can find Ana enjoying the southern lifestyle with her husband and two boys in Nashville, TN.
