I’m the author of the books Is Our Food Killing Us? (Thames & Hudson, 2021) and Stuff Every Cook Should Know (Quirk Books, 2016). I’ve been nominated for a James Beard Journalism award and an IACP award. I’ve written a cookbook (Almost Meatless, Ten Speed Press, 2009), and I’ve helped other people write their cookbooks.
